Restore Mongolia’s Gobi desert — where only saxaul can survive.
Saxaul (Haloxylon ammodendron) is Mongolia’s desert anchor tree — deep-rooted, drought-resistant, and uniquely effective at fixing loose Gobi soils that fuel dust storms. We plant saxaul only in ecologically appropriate zones verified by GIS. Growth is slow and critical: a saxaul stand that reaches maturity can stabilise fragile soils for generations. Includes GPS records, species verification, and 3-year monitoring reports.
The most ecologically targeted intervention for dust storm reduction.
